This is an application requesting an exception to the prohibition of open fires in Nelsonville section 9.16.01. Permits for open fires will be granted only if there are no issues or concerns of containment and the atmospheric conditions are within set limits. The Nelsonville Division of Fire shall have the authority to issue, deny or revoke this permit at any time.
