A Message from the City Auditor

The City Auditor’s Office works every day to strengthen that trust through fairness, transparency, and accountability. The responsibilities of the Auditor’s Office go beyond balancing the books. The work is about making sure every dollar collected and every expense approved can be explained clearly and confidently. It is about maintaining systems where residents do not have to wonder if their government is acting with integrity, because they can see that it is.
Trust grows when the details are handled with care. When payments are processed accurately, when records are accessible to the public, and when information is shared openly, confidence in City Hall grows stronger.
